The quality of our products lies in our family and traditional expertise. We take great care in the selection of each Foie Gras, examined one by one then meticulously deveined prior to their preparation.
The recipes are finalised by Ghislaine Boucquez, founder of the company, who develops new dishes whilst respecting tradition.
Our different recipes are developed on the basis of ingredients strictly chosen for their gustatory quality.
Our team prepares our products on our approved premises according to European standards. We follow the HACCP method, which is aimed at controlling the different stages of production and also at ensuring the traceability of all products manufactured in our installations.
For several years, selection and expertise have given rise to products of renowned quality, for which they have received awards. We can guarantee great moments of gastronomic pleasure in keeping with our motto of respecting quality in the tradition of family cuisine.
Within the typically verdant countryside of Picardy, we are happy to welcome you to our shop, open Monday to Saturday all year round and Sundays in the month of December.
