In 1981, after a stay in the South West of France, Ghislaine Boucquez, with the help of her husband decided to begin on the farm a production of Foie Gras.

Breeding, feeding and transformation of ducks, this experience was a challenge at this time and in the region . With 50 ducks the first year, then 350 the next year, it became a success due to the quality of the products, now 8000 ducks are transformed in our company. 7 employees work on the company, included 2 sons and 1 daughter who joined the company.

Respecting the tradition...

After a 20 years-experience, all the recipes are secretely finalized by Ghislaine Boucquez, constantly looking for new preparations and flavour concept while keeping the tradition along.
